please give it thought! About 3 1/2-4 weeks ago my mother-n-law and her wonderful neighbors had an injured pit or staffy terrior puppy on there door steps . They called me to ask if I could take her in and doctor her up and to get her well. She had been covered in ticks and fleas the harness she was wearing had rubbed her raw under her little belly and under arms. Her leg had been badly hurt it looked terrible. It had been really hurting her very red infected bloody pusy she would cry her little eyes out at the first couple atemps of cleaning it medicating it giving her the antibiotics. I’m home everyday all day long and all night long this is another reason for them bringging her to me they have to work. They have been tring to help me with checking the local stores and things for any flyers for her. She is about 90% healed at this point. I noticed this week she is now in heat . My daughter has completly falling in love with her from day 1. She has named her roxie girl . My son also tries hard to do for her as well . My son is adhd/LD/has really bad anxiety as well. It’s too cute to see them on a blanket in the floor with her eatting popcorn and a movie. They come home from school and she gets so excited and the kids are too . I have fibromyalgia and two bad disc in my back. Today my leg cramped so bad today it brought tears to my eyes before the cramp got really bad she had already started licking that leg . How did she know? We have really grown to love her so very much and I have spent night and day doing everything I had to do for her like the vet suggested. I happened to drive to a gas station and seen a flyer . After almost a month had past . She is in heat I don’t want her to have to be one of those back yard never off the chain or kennel female pit that is constantly bred to add to the population of bad owners for this breed . She was thin when she was brought to me she will be when she gets knocked up 20 times only for her pups to be sold to uneducated owners that makes people want to throw them in doggy jail to be gassed. I cried my eyes out when I saw the flyer . I’m truly heart broken and to tell me kids omg they are going to be so sad and missing the puppy they are going to have a hard time understanding this . I don’t want to send her back what if she gets away again or put threw labor 20 times adding to the population. She has a cist under her belly that had not been taking care of either . What if they raise her wrong make her crazy and mean . She was very temmid when she first arrived I say about 3 days or so . You move a certain way she flintches. I’m sorry for rambling on but I am crying ever since I saw the flyer . I just think that for me to get the best possible answers all the facts need to be told. I have always rescued animals and have always found them there owner or new homes but there’s something about her that she needs us like we need and love her . Do I call them ! And what should I say ? Or should I not call ? The area the flyer was found was a main highway in not the best part of town but not slums. I have a husky that loves her . I live n the country with 4 acres a koi pond . They go everywhere I go . To add to this I just want to put out there that this is the third pit puppy I have taking in including a mom who was starving. Please everyone be a responsible pit and animal owner . Ty

, if that puppy was in that bad of shape when she got to you, there is no way in Haydee’s I would return that baby flyer or not! They are either wanting her to mill puppies or for fighting purposes. Both to which I highly object!
