How To Train Your Puppy?!?

OK, my miniature fox terrier puppy is acting better. But since yesterday he’s attitude changes a bit.
He’s not listening to me, (e.g when I took him for walk, he stops whenever he wants. so I should carry him home) he’s potty training is messed up, (before, he’s potty training is done, he went outside. but yesterday, he poo in the house) he only cares about food and he won’t listen to my calls. I tried to ignore him (I know puppies hate that, but when I do ignore him he climb up to me and just slept on my lap or even trying to jump on me while he cries) what is wrong with him?! Now, I put him outside but then he cries so loud I don’t know what to do or how to train him,he acts like he’s the boss of me (he’s not afraid in like anything), smarter than me, etc.
how to teach him that I’M the boss of him?
I already tried to teach him with a treat but I don’t exactly know how…
oh and also, I have a well trained Pomeranian dog in my house, he’s a very good dog. But does he affect my puppy?

    alpha roll over. force him onto his back, and hold him there with your hand on his chest. he will squirm, try to break your hold on him, but you NEED to hold him there until he lays still. this is how domonant wild dogs assert there domonance in a pack enviroment, and to your puppy, he knows no diffrence between species.
    when it comes to patience with food, you need to expect that. if there was any growl or bark when he bit you, my only suggestion is to put the dog down, becasue he will always be a biter. you don’t want that in your home as he get’s older and stronger.
