Having Problems With My 2 Year Old Weimaraner?

My Weimaraner is peeing and pooping all over the house again like she is a puppy. As a puppy she was difficult to train. I am gone Monday through Wednesday for work so my mom and dad take care of her. Is she doing this because I am not there? What do I do?
She also likes to counter surf. Is there anything I can do for that?
